Shipping Charges can be seen in the shopping cart page. To view charges, simply add your desired items to your shopping cart and choose a destination at the bottom of the shopping cart page. The exact shipping charges will be shown.
Free Shipping Eligibility: We offer a Free Standard Shipping option for single item orders being shipped to the Contiguous United States that subtotal at least $99.99 (pre-tax). International orders are not eligible for the free shipping option. If your order is being shipped to the Contiguous US and is over $99.99, the Free Standard Shipping option will be displayed for you in the cart and during checkout.
Shipping Timeframes: You can see when your order will ship on the Shopping Cart and Checkout pages. It can also be seen on your Order Details page. Once your order ships from our location, it will arrive to you in the timeframe listed on the shipping method that you choose. Please be aware that some methods are guaranteed transit speeds while others are estimated transit speeds.
Currently we do not ship overseas or to APO’s. We are working on offering these options very soon. Please bare with us as we develop our store.
Shipping Carriers: We offer both USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service) shipping methods. Accurate shipping quotes can be calculated in your shopping cart based on your Zip Code. There is no need to make an account with us just to see our shipping prices. We stream live data from USPS and UPS servers for accurate and up to date shipping costs.
Tracking Numbers: We include delivery confirmation numbers for USPS shipments and tracking numbers for UPS shipments with every order. Simply Log In to your account and view the details of the order. Once shipped, your package tracking information can be found on your order details page.
Billing & Shipping Address: Please be certain that your shipping address either matches the billing address that is on your credit card and/ or is an alternate shipping address on file with your credit card company. For your protection, we do not ship to addresses that are not listed with your credit card company. This is done to try and eliminate credit card fraud.
Insurance: When your package is shipped, we are hereby released of liability and responsibility has been transferred to the carrier and purchaser of the package (unless shipping insurance is purchased during checkout). Shipments are provided with tracking/confirmation numbers. Tracking/confirmation numbers confirm the shipment of your package by our company.
For defective products: Contact the manufacturer directly. Manufacturers warranty their products directly and do not allow our on-line store to handle warranty issues. Manufacturers contact information can usually be found in the product manuals. We do not accept returns of defective products.
For non-defective products: If the product you are returning is not defective, a restocking fee will apply. Icon RC Hobbies is not responsible for return shipping charges on non-defective items. Original shipping and insurance charges cannot be refunded in any amount for returned shipments.
Incorrect Items: If we shipped you the incorrect item(s), we will gladly arrange for the item(s) to be returned and have the correct item(s) shipped out to you. We will certainly pay all associated shipping charges.
Order Cancellations: In the event a special order, pre-order or a shipped order is cancelled by the buyer, Icon RC Hobbies is not responsible for any bank or credit card fees/ chargebacks related to the cancellation. The buyer by placing the order assumes full responsibility for payment of these fees. Depending on the level of service provided, a cancellation fee of up to 15% may be charged to the buyer for services rendered. Please contact us before cancelling with your bank to avoid larger penalties.

Shipping insurance may be purchased for your order during checkout for a small additional fee. Our shipping insurance is handled by Route. Please remember that we are not responsible for lost or damaged goods once packages are handed over to their carriers. Purchasing shipping insurance is highly recommended.For insured lost, damaged or stolen packages: Please visit the Route “File A Claim” Form.
